The Eldora Mountain Resort opened in 1962 and now receives 300 inches of powder over its 680 acres of skiable land. The resort is merely twenty-one miles east of Boulder, towering above the scenic Barker Meadow Reservoir. Nearly 11,000 feet at it's highest, Eldora offers a startlingly long run of nearly 3 miles, the mountain's longest.
